Troy Justice Ellis

Troy Justice Ellis lost his life at the age of 11 doing one of his most beloved things, hunting with his dad. With a smile and laugh that would light up any room, Troy was a precious soul who loved hunting, fishing and playing ball. T-Man loved enjoying all of God’s great outdoors. 

Before May 1st, 2020 when Troy went to be with his heavenly father, he was a young but old soul. He was a kid that absolutely loved the outdoors, animals, ball, mama, and Jesus. He was the “too cool for school” kid that would much rather be with his family, grandparents, hunting, or down by the “frog pond”. He was FULL of life and had a bright future ahead of him. He was a regular ole country boy that would try to blow off school to enjoy nature, however; he was a closet reader (as his dad called him) and was absolutely brilliant. Troy was a little bit artsy, a little bit sensitive, and a little bit country. Just a good ole ball playin’ dude. He could crush a baseball and block you right out of your socks. He was a natural deer hunter (12 deer in his 5 seasons of hunting) and had caught more 5+ lb bass than most grown men. Wow, do we miss him! His mom and I want to be able to give these experiences to other little boys and girls. Through The Troy Ellis Foundation, we hope to raise money to help Little Troys in our communities play ball, fish, hunt, camp and enjoy God’s great outdoors just like our T-man did.
